About the Event
The Iron Church is hosting our first ever powerlifting meet on November 20th, 2021. Check-in and weigh-in will begin November 19th at 8AM (24 hours before starting) and will end November 19th at 6AM (2 hours before starting). At time of check-in lifters will present their tickets, sign paperwork, get equipment checked, weigh in and be assigned their flights. All underage lifters must be accomponied by a parent/legal guardian to sign the liability paperwork prior to lifting. This is a RAW ONLY powerlifting meet. Equipment allowed will be listed below.
Equipment Allowed
- Non-supportive Singlet OR shorts + T-Shirt (no grip shirts)
- Lever or prong belts
- Wrist Wraps
- Single-ply knee sleeves without attatching and/or tightening mechanisms like velcro, clips or straps.
- Shoes
- Socks
