FUNCTIONAL TRAINING CLASSES

The Iron Church will be holding functional training classes Monday-Friday with CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Liam Spence.

OPEN GYM

This membership gives access to open gym at The Iron Church, Monday - Saturday 7AM-10PM

PERSONAL TRAINING/ BODYBUILDING

The Iron Church will offer one-on-one customized personal training with competitive bodybuilder/powerlifter Devon Rundles
